HEALTH AND SAFETY

Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, designers, both architects and engineers, have a responsibility to include in their structures, provision for access for maintenance. This is the right time to examine the design process and the structural form to ensure that access for maintenance can be realistically achieved.
